Applications are called for the Post of a Research Assistant  for Governance Studies on Land, Forests, Development & Communities in Tribal
Areas of  Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa & Rajasthan,


Requirements for the Post
1. The post of Research Assistant is for 12 months.

2. The Applicant must be a Post Graduate in Social Sciences with a minimum of 55% marks in the degree examination. Preference
       will be given to Candidates who have successfully completed the M.Phil course.

3. The Applicant should be competent in the use of the Computer, particularly the SPSS Package.

4. The Applicant should be able to speak in English, Hindi and any one of the state languages. Please note that reading and writing Hindi is
    necessary.


5. The Applicant should be ready to work from Monday to Saturday with only Sunday being a holiday.

6. The Applicant should be willing to go for field work to the study areas. TA and DA as per rules will be allowed.

7. The person selected for the post will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 8000/= per month.
